Tamzin Cavendish is an artist and illustrator inspired by symbolism and stories. She loves to use intricate lines and rich colours to create bold artwork with meaning, a distinctive style, and often a nod to the surreal.

Hello!

I’m Tamzin, a self-taught illustrator, artist, and designer currently living in Derbyshire.

Using traditional tools, techniques, and media, I like to create artwork laden with symbolism and stories.

The interest I have in nature, history, the classics, literature, folklore, myths and legends, antiques and oddities will often find its way in to my work too.

My work has been chosen for juried exhibitions, private commissions, commissioned additions to the creative projects of others, album covers, and a couple of people have even had my work tattooed on them which is a very permanent and wonderful compliment!

It has also been sold to private customers all over the world.
